Under normal circumstances, meetings with your Spry Client Consultant take place in-person, usually in your own home or in our head office in Dublin.

Clearly, to protect everybody and to observe any lockdown restrictions in force from time to time, in-person meetings may not be possible in certain periods. In this circumstance, much of the consultation can be conducted using video-conferencing, email and telephone calls.

However Spry’s policy is to always require at least one substantive in-person meeting with prospective borrowers to make absolutely sure that we understand you and you understand the information and guidance we are providing. This may lead to the consultation process being ‘paused’ until such time as it is safe and permissible to hold the in-person meeting.

If you are not comfortable hosting or attending an in-person meeting, that’s fine – we get it. It can wait until circumstances change.

If you are comfortable to proceed with an in-person meeting, rest assured that your Spry Client Consultant will take all the precautions you would expect, including the use of a face mask, hand sanitisation and a table-top Perspex screen. Social distancing of 2m will also be maintained at all times.
